It does amaze one doesn't it? We have had a couple of dustings here in Pa. and the same thing - cars all over the road. They just don't seem to want to slow down. I sometimes think allot of the problem is that people have it drummed into them that if they buy 4 wheel drive that they can go in the snow and drive like they always do and don't give any thought about whether or not they can stop safely.
