I would definitely go with oak. My 6'6" x 16' trailer came with a pine floor and it rotted out in about 4 years. I replaced it with treated oak 2" x 12" planks and it is still good after about 18 years. Green oak will twist and warp as it cures unless you have access to a kiln. Don't know the cost of treated oak these days. FWIW!
