The power steering unit will have a couple of hydraulic lines running to it. It will also have a short cylinder (looks a lot like a oil filter canister) sticking aft from the rightside of the steering arm housing, kind of pointing at the battery if the battery is still in place. In the condition you describe, I would say it probably isn't worth much, maybe $500 if you planned on parting it and knew somebody needing parts, $300 tops if you planned on restoring it. The thing that would scare me off would be the froze-up tranny, I think. On the other hand, if it had a power steering unit in good condition, they are scarcer than hen's teeth, and you could probably get close to a grand for just that part of it if you were parting it.
