don't know what the pressure is supposed to be but, if it's to high it will blow the top off the purolator oil filter canister. a friend of mine and i worked on his high oil pressure problem and destroyed 2 canisters before we got the pressure down. we do not know what we did to fix the problem. there is a pressure relief spring and ball in the pump body and another one in the filter housing. if you can figure out the path of the flow of the oil from the pump gears to the filter housing and thru then, mabey you can diagnose a problem. the f-20 and regular are both oiled by a splash system. i don't think any of the bearing surfaces are oiled by pressure oiling. so if the oil is flowing, (showing pressure of any kind at the gage) then you have no problem...
