You will need to take the shift tower off, it's
easy to do, just the 3 bolts on top of the trans housing around the shift lever. Lift the shift lever and tower off and set aside. You will need to use a bar of some sort to slide one of the two rails that you see just under the shift tower hole so that the neutral slots line up with each other. Good luck.
