over haul questions?!?!?

I have a 1948 Farmall H that has 80lbs. of compression, and won't pull the hat off of your head, I would like to over haul it this winter, but I'm having a hard time finding the right parts that i need. I had the head rebuilt, so I don't need that stuff, but I do need pistons, sleeves, rings, new rods, all the bearings, and how much for a new cam? I want to have the crank turned too. I want it done right. How much will all this cost, and where do I find all of this? I live in Ky. Thanks Seth
