If You study the IHC service manuals enough You'll find that when used for continuous duty the engines were de-rated by 20%. The H engine was the U-4 industrial engine and was only rated for about 22-25 GROSS HP at 1800 RPM. Even though Your H could possibly have more PTO HP than that You wouldn't want it to run that hard that long.
