1947 B Farmall

I am having a hard time starting my "b". It turns over very hard. I have been through the electrical system and it has a new battery, the starter has been checked under load etc. The only thing I can guess from looking at this board is that it may be timing or a compression problem. I bought it a couple years ago and have been running a belly mower on it. It started fine at first but now it either starts right after I let go of the starter or I have to pull it. It starts immediately when I pull it.

Any ideas?
