For your friend in Northern Vermont, the best deals are north of him. Go up into Quebec and there are lots of A's and Cub's still around the vegetable growing areas. The only word of advice is that you will need someone who speaks French in some areas. Montreal area is not to bad but up near Quebec City you don't hear much English. The exchange on the dollar makes it worth it.There is a Case IH dealer at Coaticook (near Sherbrooke), and I think his name is Changnon and I know he dabbles in the old IH tractors.
