IH Model W30

We've recently found an International Harvester tractor (no engine or hood) in our woods. We've brought it into our shop and eventually would like to display it out by the highway. On it we found a tag telling us its an International Harvester, Model No W30, Serial No WB3484. It has iron wheels. We'd like to know more about it, such as year manufactured, engine type (we suspect steam), displacement, hp, colors of the original(we'd like to sand blast it and repaint it), and perhaps a picture of the original. Any help you can give us will be appreciated.
