I have the two bottom plow with a one point hitch on my Super A. The front of the plow can be lowered by moving the touch control lever that would normally work the front cultivators. The entire plow can be lowered using the crank arm and the different pin holes on the lift rods. At least, this is how mine works. I can set the plow at any depth I need. Sounds like something has been altered on either your hitch or the plow. Let us know what you find out.
