The Chisel plow will not do anything like the soil prep that the rototiller will. With a tractor mounted roto tiller, you end up with a lettuce bed. I wonder how you will get that with a chisel plow. The roto tiller is good for small areas like a garden or vegetable farm where you need fine soil prep, the chisel plow would be good if you had a large area to do.
