Andrew; On the 10-20, on the manifold side, of the engine block, there usually, but not always,is a raised, cast, boss, with the tractor serial number stamped in it, with the appropriate prefix, (KC, NC, NT). With the 15-30 and the 22-36, the same thing is true, (usually, but, not always), except this boss is on the magneto side of the block. The prefix for this series of tractors is "TG". Do not confuse this number with the engine serial number, as the engine number, will not have the the tractor model prefix.
