If you find a tractor driven trencher I doubt your tractor can go slow enough to run one, most trenchers just creep along. At only 12" deep you could hook up a middle buster or subsoiler and do that. I have dug some water lines with my 2 bottom and although it makes a mess and is a little hard to cover back up, you can do it.
