I have a 1951 farmall 130 . Inoticed that when i went to paint it . It had yellow paint under the old rusted faided red paint . Iv heard that the state of north carolina D.O.T .. bought several farmall 130s. Iwas wondering if that was true.

Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
