Even Viagra won't help

After I got my latest project, a 300 Utilty going, I have noticed that the hydraulics can't keep the rear blade up for long. I put a ball valve on the cylinder just to help me isolate the culprit and it seams to be the touch control valves. I looked through the archives but can't find if these are repairable or not?
