You can flip the fan over but it will still pull air - only not very well. What you are looking for is a "reverse flow" or "pusher" fan blade. They show in the parts catalog, but I've never actually seen one fitted to a Farmall. For winter use, better to simply cover the grille with a winter front to reduce air flow over the motor. And I'd be hesitant to use a pusher fan in the summer when mowing for a couple of reasons: 1 - With no air flow back over the engine/fuel tank, you're likely to wind up with the gas tank getting so hot it will boil the gas inside and give you vapor lock problems. 2 - When mowing a pusher fan may cause the back side of the radiator (unscreened) to accumulate airborne trash very quickly. That will overheat the motor, and is VERY difficult to clean out. (A friend of mine has a 9N Ford with a pusher fan - it's a PITA keeping the engine cool while mowing - especially in dry conditions...)
