I quit posting my E mail address on this Forum because of the virus problem. I have gotten multiple copies of two differene viruses. Fortunately, both of those work through Microsoft E-mail programs which I don't use so the affect was minimal. Never, never open E-mails if the subject or the sender looks weird and never open attachements unless you are absolutely sure they are OK.
