I found the box which holds the main pressure relief valve and the dump valve. The o-ring was not torn or scuffed on the dump valve, housing not scored either. Only one spring against the back cover plate, one the relief valve side. The piston on the dump valve has an internal smaller piston which gets its pressure from the little hole on the tapered part. When I blew air through this, it leaked pretty bad. I think this is probably the culprit. Tried to remove the small inner portion but only turned would not pull out. No foreign pieces inside the housing. What do you guys think?
