Not the safest method, but we use a gas gun to clean the grease, etc. from our engines. Just be careful not to have any sparks or flames around if you do it that way. Another good way to clean EVERYTHING off (including paint) is to mix up a strong solution of Lye and leave it on for a while, then rinse and repeat if necessary. The pressure washer also works good. Be sure to put oil on any machined surfaces as soon as you are done washing or else they will rust. Steven

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
