Hey Ludwig! maybe you are going about it all wrong with the tons of pressure. My 10-20 was stuck BAD! and I got it loose with a small block of oak and a small ball pein hammer. I just started working around the piston at the edge where the sleeve meets and got the piston rocking in the bore. I put a splash of kero on top of piston just enough to cover it and kept working it. soon it was free and I broke nothing!I even was able to reuse the pistons and sleeves, but did put in new rings or course. It came loose in an hour and a half! The block of wood I used was tapered slightly so as to not put the impact on the inside part of the piston, but to put it at the very edge so the force would be transmitted down the side of the piston. I only had to tap lightly. hard hits will cause cracks in the cast iron piston top. Give it a shot and see how long it takes you to get it loose, you might be suprised!
