It's been my experance that when you have a "stuck" motor it's more than likely that water has gotten into the motor through exhaust stack (they do not seal that good at the manifold/pipe thread ) and usually the valves need grinding. It would be wise to check this now rather than AFTER it is done and ya gotta pull the head again.
