Having a good bit of experience with distillate tractors during the years just after WWII, I think today's K1 is just a bit lighter than the kerosene that we used. K1 should be great for these tractors. Trying to dilute Diesel fuel seems a waste of time, but 50/50 gasoline and Diesel should also work well. My guess is that the fuel mix with the Diesel would smoke more since some of the Diesel fuel is just heavier molecules.
