I've done that twice. IH must have had some special tool. I also asked for advice here on the Forum and got several suggestions. Some helped, none solved the problem. With a little lubricant to make them slick to slide in better, a lot of pushing and prying and even more choice words I got the job done, but with still some of the bushing sticking out where it should not be!
