Is an MV Valuable, like the way an AH or a GH is valuable?

On the tractor talk board there is this chap who has been given an MV. He wants to "convert" it to a regular, conventional row crop "M". He said he wanted to mount an aftermarket 3point hitch on it.

Now I know that the Deere "High Crop" tractors are more than a little bit expensive---low production numbers, a severe working climate where they were used, and a big desire with many collectors to part with huge amounts of perfectly good cash to acquire one make this so. Do Farmall collectors value the "MV" tractors in the same way? I would have thought that they did, and in fact said so, but I was wondering what real "Red Fanatics" would have to say about this variant. Anyone care to comment?
