To check glow plugs without removing. unhook elec wire from all glow plugs but one. Push glow button & watch glow meter/guage. Unhook that plug & connect the next one, push glow button & watch glow meter. Repeat this step until all plugs plugs have been checked. the glow meter should move the same amount on all glow plugs. Low or no reading indicates bad plug or open circut
