Thank you for your help....We'll let the lifters soak a couple of days and then try freeing them. One of the push rod guides is cracked....It is cast iron....would it be OK if I were to JB Weld it back together? It shouldn't have any real pressure on it at all should it? It is broken just about 1" under the top of the block....came out in 2 pieces.....Or can you even buy new push rod guides? I plan on repairing it still...Thanks again...
