The quiet line series (inc your 1650) was designed with rubber iso mounts to cut down vibration and noise. The iso mounts are still available at the dealer at about $10-12 each, it takes 4 of them. I believe each set includes a bolt, locking nut, washers and the 2 rubber bushings. I have 3 of the quietline, but haven't had to change the mounts on any yet. Also one of the older 1x8/9 series that I just swapped a motor on this week. So I know how those work, and the joy of the front bolts up under the front axel ;)
