What a depressing day. You just opened up an old wound. We farmed in an IH neighborhood. Dad had an 880 Oliv, while surrounded by 7 thru 806`s & even a new 1206 {that chrome stack & white fenders looked so sweet). Guess what? the Old Man took my brother & I to Burgess IL to see our new Case 830.(1968) This "state of art piece of crap" ended up costing enough extra in later repairs that Dad admitted he could have bought an 856 or 4020. Even our Asian neighbors, who farmed with water buffalo made fun of us! After I post this, I`ll check the Yellow Pages for a good therapist.
