My guess is that they were built from late 1950's
into the 1960's. I happened to get this original
1960 catalog of all IH farm stuff offered then, and lo and behold...there was the blade too !!
I have a 1963 cat. too and will have to check it
to see. Great to see all the shiny new IH farm
eq. in those catalogs. Now...if only I could find some others........ mjd
