Swartz wide front on 450

I am wondering if anyone can help me.I am trying to put my oringnal cast wheels on a swartz wf.I need to know what bearings,races and seals I need to make this work.The bearings are different sizes from the swartz to the IH hub.Any help would be appreciated. THANKS!
