I bought the GENUINE seat at the I.H. dealer and it was less expensive in the long run and it had all the things I needed and heck the origional one lasted 37 yrs. so I think this one will last much longer being well cared for. Sorry I don't have the brackets or I would give them to you!
SOMETIMES a "bargan" is only in the eyes of the beholder, luck with your project!

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
