I have two H's a 41, & 46, they both use the same belts. I am only guessing that your 39 would use the same as these. While doing the replacement I would go ahead and replace both belts. Our local NAPA store keeps them in stock.
Fan Belt, NAPA part # 24379
Generator Belt, NAPA part # 9319 (the generator belt # is for the original 6 volt system). Usually most NAPA stores can get most any thing you need overnight from their wharehouse, if they don't already stock it.
