I used a 1486 over the weekend and found it really nice to use except J.D. is right, it was hard to shift and I had trouble seeing the drawbar. But I'm only 5' 7" so I think the taller you are, the better. It seemed quiet enough. I'd take it for a test drive and see if it shifts ok and check out the drawbar visibility issue. If I needed one that big, I'd feel good about buying one.
