You owe it to yourself and everyone else to send all the information to the State Attorney General Office and the Better Business bureau . Include all the information including the many identities of the crimimals. You will likely have to follow up with a hard copy complaint letter but do it. There are all sorts of flim flam artists out there and they thrive because everyone is too lazy to bother writing out a complaint. Trust me they can put a hurt on these folks . The fact that they are committing fraud across state lines can also implicate them under Federal law. Contact the Postmaster at your local post office about this too. Don't get mad; GET EVEN!!!!!!!!!! Also don't be too surprised if you get a refund and an apologetic letter concerning the MISUNDERSTANDING a few months down the road. Been there done that and out of state won't help them a bit. Cheeres
