For me, it would matter what version of F-20 it is, for example, if it is a late one with round spoke or cast rear wheels, the narrow version, pretty complete, etc., I would go for it. If it's a earlier model with "cut-downs", wide tread, stuff missing,etc., I'd pass it by. But, for that money, you can't be out much if you just get it for parts. Just MHO.
