H-motor stuck

I just bought a 1940 model H to restore. I have been hanging around in the Unofficial Allis-
Chalmer discussion page but since I bought the H I thought I needed RED advice now. The former owner told me he used it about 4 years ago and it ran fine. When I bought it the engine had seized from sitting out. I have poured a mixture of diesel and transmission fluid in the spark plug holes and still cannot get it loose. Does anybody have any suggestions besides tearing it down. Also, how is the best way to try to turn the engine (ie. crank, starter, pull in gear, etc.)?
