Help! I Bought A Mint IH/McC-Deer. Cream Separator

Gentlemen, I did something that I shouldn't be doing until I am a lot older...*laugh*...I bought an McCormick-Deering 3-S Cream Separator with an electic motor because I thought it was a good deal. It has all the decals on it still as well as all the stainless steel bowls and attachments are present and in very good condition According to the owners, they used it last year before they retired and got rid of their last dairy cow. I do have a copy of the orignal manual that was ordered from IH back in April of 1983 (have the papers too). Now the question is: do I try to sell the thing, is there any interest in it, do I clean it off and have the paint come off too (reason being is because of the oil on the frame) and just protect the decals? I did the easy part by buying the crazy thing :) so now what? Can any of you more experienced gentlemen grace me with some words of wisdom? Thank you for your help
