F-12 really sick

My f-12 has gotten really sick . sitting still she runs fine ,no skipping ,or wheezing .Problem is when she starts up any hill at all she starts skipping and coughing before she dies .I have cleaned the fuel tank ,rebuilt the fuel pump and carb. seems to be getting plenty of gas and fire .I need to try and get the old gal better before winter so she will be in tip top shape come spring when she meets her new husband a a restored F-14
