Help with a H farmall

I think I bought a 1941 duel fuel H. It has two gas tanks. How do you switch from one fuel to another? I see a shutoff valve by the sediment bowl and a second valve under the gas tank. Secondly, this tactor does not have the normal seat. It has a foam padded seat with a back rest on a shock absorber. Is this an add on seat? I paid $750. Tires are ok and sheet metal is almost dent free. Is this about the going price?
