First off that 706 should be a '63. With OEM paint 2150 red would be right, I'm not sure about the white, but I've used 935 white. If your dad doesn't mind spending a little more on paint for it wouldn't cost much more to get a single stage urethane paint which is alot better than the acrylic enamel OEM paint, although the acrylic enamel would be better than it had new.
