Radiator core?

I give up! I have spent 3 months playing with my F-14 radiator core trying to patch all the leaks. I have disassembled and reassembled it at least a dozen times and have close to half of the tubes closed up now. Every time I think I have them all I find a couple more. This last time 6 more showed up so that's it, time to look elsewhere.
Does anyone make a replacement core? I have found them for other models but cant seem to find one for an F-14. I hate to go through this again with another junker. It's been the most time consuming part of this restoration by far at this point and I'm back to square one with it.
