Dear American Friends, Today Canada was as shocked as the rest of the world and my small Ontario community was abuzz. I went to the I-H dealer for fuel filters and that was the talk, at the garage, the coffee shop, my wife's place of work, I can tell you that Canadians are outraged and upset by these events, I taught school for 31 years and I taught History and I can say one thing That star spangled banner still waves o'er the land of the brave and the home of the free and will continue to do so into eternity. I hope these spinless cowards are soon found and punished to the fullest extent. I'd tell you how I'd punish them but they wouldn't leave it on the forum very long. I will pray for the firemen and policemen, the emergency response workers and the innocent people who went about their lives this morning only to have them cut short..Canada mourns your loss and will stand beside you as we always have..Mike in Exeter Ontario

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
