350 water pump

Does anybody know the size and or specs of the bearing spacer in the water pump of a IH 350 utility gas. I am rebuilding my water pump and found the spacer too short. I haven't checked the International dealer yet, but I know the price will be high if I can get one. I really need the length of the spacer. Also I am going to replace the bearings with the sealed type, is there any reason not to do this?
