Check your hdy. fuild level and change the hdy. filter also check the prussure on the MCV.You could have weak springs in the MCV and not getting enough prussure or it is time for a complete T/A job. IF you gotta go that far then i would recomend that you rebuilt the MCV with a new spring kit and install a new MCV hdy. pump along with a reman. T/A , myself i would only install a std. T/A in a 706 the extra clutch that is in a HD T/A is not need in a 706. One othere thing it could be that you have a crack in the pick up tube in the rear end and it could be sucking air ,Just a thought..
