you have to remove the sleeves and mike the OD and go from there then you will now if you can use bigger bore in a new sleeve you can use a hi-comp piston or go with an original flat top type pull a sleeve and go from there the new sleeves will have to have the same O.D. as the old ones or you will have to machine the new ones to fit the hole in the block the I.D. can vary with the bore and the piston can be 1/4 over with the right sleeve
