Changing to positive ground is straightforward: 1 - Remove the cables from both battery posts.
2 - Swap the wires at the two ammeter posts (or you can ammeter wiring as is - it'll just read backward if you don't swap the wires)
3 - Install/connect the new regulator.
4 - Reconnect the battery with the POSITIVE post grounded.
5 - Polarize the generator: Momentarily connect the BAT and GEN terminals at the regulator. You now should be set to go...
