I had this problem on one of the studs that holds the rocker arm assembly on my C. The center stud is drilled for oil flow. I went to an auto parts store. They had all kinds of stud bolts and likely a NAPA store can get your radiator studs for you. I found the stud for the C, but had to drill the oil holes myself. I've found that IH often discontinues parts that are standard hardware items, like the stud bolts.
