Hey, great choice and it sounds like you have a rare one. I'm more known for my wisdom about Farmall tractors around here, but I don't compare to some of the guys on this thing. I am only 15, and bought a '53 Super M a year ago last Feburary, so it'll be 3 years next Feb. I have it valued at 3000, but got it for 900 at auction. Needless to say, I had many friends and family at my neck just about yelling at me. (It was all jealousy. My family is ALL Farmall) I have had a few bumps in the road during my ownership, but once I get it restored (which, believe it or not guys, is just painting) it'll be my pride and joy. I congradulate you on your purchase, and join the very special club of individuals, the ones that own Farmalls.

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
