Nick - The lever on the large box (the hydraulic reservoir) is the Liftall; the other is the remote control 4-way valve. To operate the rear hydraulic hoses, pull the Liftall lever all the way back and latch it in place. The rear hydraulics can then be controlled by pushing or pulling the remote control valve as required. The other hydraulic openings are for one-way lift cylinders for a tractor-mounted cultivator. Can't help with the M&W question...
